TP&Tax is a boutique professional services firm based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. We provide transfer pricing, tax, and accounting services to local and multinational corporations of all sizes.

Donassia Masambo
Donasia has ten years of experience in tax and transfer pricing. She has an extensive understanding of various key sectors and as a result, she has managed to provide advice that has matched her client’s environment and industry dynamics, the outcome of which has been feasible and compliant.

Prior to TP&Tax, Donasia was a transfer pricing specialist at KPMG, working on engagements in both East Africa and the United Kingdom. Donasia managed the transfer pricing practice at KPMG Tanzania and also played an instrumental role in growing the tax and transfer pricing client portfolio for the firm.

Evelyn Manu
Evelyn Manu is an active chartered certified accountant with over ten years of experience in accounting, audit and taxation. She combines both consultancy and practical competencies as she worked at KPMG, Barclays Bank Tanzania Limited and Stanbic Bank Tanzania Limited, prior to joining TP&Tax Advisors Limited.

At TP&Tax, Evelyn has delivered on various tax and accounting assignments for clients such as Elsewedy Electric East Africa Ltd, Absa Bank Tanzania, KCB Bank Tanzania, TADB Bank, Angelique International Ltd, CSI Energy Group, Unitrans Tanzania Ltd, SPEK Ltd, Sanku Project Healthy Children Tanzania Ltd, Cotacof Ltd.

Evelyn Manu

DIRECTOR
Evelyn is a registered tax consultant, an active member of the association of chartered certified accountants (ACCA), a CPA(T) and is currently pursuing her advance diploma in international taxation (ADIT). She has over ten years of experience in accounting, audit and taxation.

Evelyn started her career with KPMG Tanzania where she worked for five years. During her tenure at KPMG, she worked as a tax consultant for two and a half years before joining audit for a similar tenure. She then moved to Barclays Bank Tanzania Limited as a Tax and Regulatory Reporting Manager, the position she held for two years before joining Stanbic Bank Tanzania Limited for another approximately two years, in the capacity of Manager, Tax and Regulatory Reporting.

Her combination of experience as a consultant and implementer provides her with the best skill set and competence necessary to serve clients from all industries and in the most unique way, the financial services sector.

While at KPMG, Evelyn served across various sectors including financial services, manufacturing, construction, telecommunication, transport and logistics, mining, healthcare and non-government organisations.

As a banker her roles were under the finance departments. The nature of her responsibilities exposed her to overall banking operations and provided her a deeper understanding of the industry.
EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting and Finance from Mzumbe University, Morogoro

  • Member of the Association for Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA, UK);
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPAT); and
  • Registered Tax Consultant with the Tanzania Revenue Authority.

Donasia Massambo

MANAGING DIRECTOR
Donasia has over ten years of experience in offering tax compliance, advisory and transfer pricing services. She has been involved in numerous tax and transfer pricing engagements including advisory, planning, documentation, dispute resolution, benchmarking, and training, among others.

Donasia’s diverse experience has sharpened her skills in providing pragmatic and in-depth tax and transfer pricing services to a wide range of clients in various industries such as the agribusiness sector, mining sector, Oil and gas, tourism, fast-moving consumer goods, telecommunication, manufacturing and construction, among others.

She has assisted multinationals and locally based group of companies to minimize tax and transfer pricing risks by advising and implementing practical measures that comply with regulatory requirements. Donasia also assists Mid-Tier accounting and law firms that do not have internal expertise, in providing transfer pricing services to their clients. She advised the National Audit Office of Tanzania on controls over transfer pricing in the Tanzania business sector and provided trainings to various private and public organizations.

Prior to founding TP&Tax, Donasia was a transfer pricing specialist at KPMG East Africa, working on engagements in both East Africa and the United Kingdom.
